Terms of Service

1. Your use of Language Interface Inc. products, software, services and web sites (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Services” excluding any services provided to you by Language Interface Inc. under a separate written agreement) is subject to these Terms of Service.
2. These Terms are released and published in the English and Russian languages. If there is any contradiction between the interpretation of the English and the Russian versions of these Terms of Service the English version shall prevail.
3. By using the Services you accept these Terms of Services.
4. Language Interface Inc. may work on improvement and enhancement of its Services. It may cause changes in the Services or, although this is unlikely, the Services may stop either permanently or temporarily without prior notice to you.
5. You have the right to stop using the Services any time and without any providing any notification to Language Interface Inc.
6. All Services provided by Language Interface Inc. are subject to Privacy Policy. Language Interface Inc. will not use the information it receives from you for any purpose other than providing the Services unless otherwise agreed between you and Language Interface Inc. in a written form.
7. The Services come with absolutely no warrantee to the extent permitted by the applicable Law.
8. Language Interface Inc. and entities and individuals associated with it, including but not limited to its employees, agents, officers or subcontractors will not use any information received from you for any purposes other than those required for provision of the Services, nor will Language Interface Inc. breach the provisions of Privacy Policy. Other than that Language Interface Inc. takes no responsibility for integrity or security of the information received from you.
9. By using the Services you agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services.
10. Language Interface Inc. reserves the right to interrupt services provided to you if your use of the services is found as offensive, indecent or objectionable.
11. Nothing in these Terms of Service gives you a right to use any of Language Interface Inc.  trade names, trade marks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
